No dizer-eu, a presença (ser-aí) se pronuncia como ser-no-mundo. Mas será então que o dizer-eu cotidiano significa a si como o que está-sendo-no-mundo? Cabe aqui uma distinção. Sem dúvida, ao dizer-eu, a presença refere-se ao ente que ela mesma sempre é. A auto-interpretação cotidiana, porém, tem a tendência de se compreender a partir do "mundo" das ocupações. Ao significar-se onticamente a si mesma, ela não vê o modo de ser daquele ente que ela mesma é. E isso vale, sobretudo, para a constituição fundamental da presença (ser-aí), isto é, para o ser-no-mundo. (2006, p. 405-406)

No dizer-eu, o Dasein se expressa como ser-no-mundo. Mas o eu cotidiano refere-se a si mesmo como sendo-no-mundo? Aqui é preciso distinguir. Ao dizer-eu o Dasein visa sem dúvida (875) ao ente que ele é cada vez ele mesmo. Mas a cotidiana interpretação-de-si tem a tendência de se entender a partir do “mundo” ocupado. No visar-se ôntico o Dasein se engana no relativo ao modo-de-ser do ente que ele mesmo é. E isto vale sobretudo para a constituição-fundamental do Dasein, para o ser-no-mundo . (p. 875, 877)

En el decir "yo" el Dasein se expresa como estar-en-el-mundo. Pero, ¿se mienta acaso el yo cotidiano a sí mismo como estando-en-el-mundo? Aquí es necesario distinguir. Al decir "yo", el Dasein apunta, sin duda, al ente que es cada vez él mismo. Pero la autointerpretación cotidiana tiene la tendencia a comprenderse desde el "mundo" de las ocupaciones. Apuntando ónticamente a sí mismo, el Dasein se equivoca en su visión del modo de ser del ente que es él mismo. Y esto es sobre todo válido de la constitución fundamental del Dasein, del estar-en- el-mundo.

In saying Dasein expresses itself as Being-in-the-world. But does saying “I” in the everyday manner have itself in view as being-in-the-world (in-der-Welt-seiend) ? Here we must make a distinction. When saying “I”, Dasein surely has in view the entity which, in every case, it is itself. The everyday interpretation of the Self, however, has a tendency to understand itself in terms of the ‘world’ with which it is concerned. When Dasein has itself in view ontically, it fails to see itself in relation to the kind of Being of that entity which it is itself. And this holds especially for the basic state, of Dasein, Being-in-the-world. (p. 368)

Im Ich-sagen spricht sich das Dasein als In-der-Welt-sein aus. Aber meint denn das alltägliche Ich-sagen sich als in-der-Welt-seiend? Hier ist zu scheiden. Wohl meint das Dasein ich-sagend das Seiende, das es je Selbst ist. Die alltägliche Selbstauslegung hat aber die Tendenz, sich von der besorgten »Welt« her zu Verstehen. Im ontischen Sich-meinen versieht es sich bezüglich der Seinsart des Seienden, das es selbst ist. Und das gilt vornehmlich von der Grundverfassung des Daseins, dem In-der-Welt-Sein . (p. 321)
