La esencia de lo dis-puesto (Gestell) es el poner (stellen) en sí reunido, que, con el olvido, pospone (nachstellt) su propia verdad esencial, el cual posponer se descompone (verstellt) mediante su desplegarse en el establecer  a todo lo presente como componente (Bestand), se erige en éste y en cuanto tal rige. L'essence du (Gestell) est de rassembler en lui toutes les possibilités de la mise en demeure (Stellen). Celle-ci traque (nachstellt) d'oubli la vérité de sa propre essence ; cette traque (Nachstellen) en effet se dissimule (verstellt), en ceci qu'elle se déploie dans la mise à disposition (Bestellen) de la totalité de l'étant réduit à être fonds disponible (Bestand), qu' elle s' y installe et domine en tant que tel.
